This is an incredible property!! Own a piece of History--this was the place to be in the 60's and 70's. This building was built like a bomb shelter--built to last and with quality materials. The outside walls are made of concrete and Mexican Lava imported from a volcano in Mexico along with quartz crystal. Entering the restaurant you first see this beautiful circular bar with seating for 34 people and the bar rotates every 1 hour and 20 minutes. Surrounding the bar are tables of various sizes for diners. The back wall is decorated with mirrors and makes a large area for a buffet when doing the Sunday brunch. Directly over the bar is an area named "The Roost" which has a bench that runs most of the way around with cocktail tables and in the center is a dance floor. The back wall of The Roost has a band area or stage for a DJ. Downstairs is a large banquet room that has its own bar, a dance floor, a large screen for a projector, there is also a dressing room for brides and brides maids to change. The restaurant seats over 300 people and comes with a liquor license.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dumb waiter to serve the banquet room and downstairs there is a staging area for banquet prep. There is also a walk in freezer, a walk in cooler, a walk in beer and wine cooler and a liquor storage room. Some of the new equipment the current owners had installed is 6 new furnaces, 6 new air conditioners, a Boise sound system, 2 new hot water heaters, a new air make-up, new hood fire system, new compressors for the coolers and freezer, new motors for the rotating bar and entry lounges, tile and carpeting, complete paint of the interior, re-do of bar and banquet room downstairs, complete cleaning of the duct-work and vents and more--more!!
